Are you pro ana?

No I am not pro ana. I believe that weight loss should be a good process in which the person losing the weight is doing it in a healthy way. I send my sympathy to those who do have problems like anorexia, bulimia, or concerns with their body. I want to be healthy, not a runway model, who tend to weigh 23% under the healthy body weight.

What do you do to exercise?

Personally I like running, so to exercise I will run or jump rope (aim for 5-6 times as this is cardio workout) and if that day I can’t run I do yoga or I will use weights and simple routines.

What do you eat?

During the school week I tend to eat:

7:00 a.m. breakfast (oatmeal, water)

11:30 a.m. lunch (small meal which can vary salad, sandwich with water)

3:15 p.m. snack (a piece of fruit, half a large apple, half a large peach, five strawberries, or I will just have a piece of toast with strawberry jelly)

5:15 - 5:30 p.m. dinner (I tend to stay creative when it comes to dinner eating meals like pasta with veggies, more complex salads, and sandwiches)

Note* by sandwich I do not mean meat with lettuce and mayo.  on the weekends I tend to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals a day (ex of a small meal apple slices or oatmeal)

DRINK WATER!

Do you eat meat?

No I am a vegetarian as of September 11. I do not believe in the cruelty towards the animals, this actually did not have to do with my weight loss. I love animals and it is a wonderful cause.  Do you have to be a vegetarian/vegan in order to lose a lot of weight?  Of course not! You can still eat meat and watch the pounds drop off, but that means chicken and fish, with the occasional red meat. Eating a meal of fish with lots of veggies is just as good as eating a meal without the fish there. Weight loss is all about how committed you are to losing the weight.

Do you have another blog?

As of right now one is good enough for me :)
